PostHeaderIcon Texas Allied Petroleum Company: Gaining Fast In The Oil Industry

Producing natural gas and oil is a continuously thriving industry with a lot of players or contributors. Because of this, the venture is considered difficult by many business owners and investors. However, the six-year old Texas Allied Petroleum (TAP) company proves this untrue. Well, the situation applies to other companies with an excellent rate of production of oil and natural gas.

Texas Allied Petroleum is private-owned oil venture that begun in November 2005. From its headquarters in Austin, Texas, TAP has extended its operations on other parts of Texas and also in Kansas, Louisiana, Wyoming and Oklahoma. Apparently, the people behind TAP know fairly well how to survive in the oil industry. If they didn’t, TAP wouldn’t have survived, got eaten by big competitors and had already ceased operations just within its first couple of years.

Today, TAP is recognized in US for its participation in several major natural gas and oil production projects. In fact, one of its most successful projects just ended in February 2010 wherein after its year-long operation, TAP has successfully drilled the Wilson/Todd well in Coffee County, Texas. Within the same period, the company had also purchased a 300-acre fossil oil and gas lease in Lavaca County, Texas. The company is also developing and testing about four wells within Yegua Sand. It is also a participant in the completion of the 10,000-ft Neuman #1 well in Liberty County, Texas.

Other than that, the Texas Allied Petroleum company is not only focusing on natural gas and oil extraction today. The company had also expanded its specialties to the development of natural gas and fossil oil reservoirs.
